[ARCHIVED] Owl Pellet Dissection Discovery

Owl Pellet Dissection with small animal skeleton and an owl

An owl pellet is composed of all the bones, fur, and feathers an owl was not able to digest and has thrown up! Participants will have the chance to hear an owl story, learn some cool owl facts, and identify the bones they find in the pellets.  

For Grades K-2. Supplies are limited!! Registration and parent permission is required. Please stop by the Youth Services Desk or call 727-369-0664 to sign up. Permission slips may be completed at the Youth Services Desk in advance or on the day of the program by a parent or legal guardian.

If you are a regular attendee of LEAP or Family Fun Night, please register if you would like to participate during the first week of May.
