New monthly writing event: Write-A-Thon

Recommended for adults, but writers age 14 and older are also welcome.

Write-A-Thons are held on the third Wednesday of each month in the library's meeting room.  Enter the lobby and turn left down the hall.  The meeting room is through the double doors on the left.

The room will be open at 5:30 pm.  Come a little early to meet everyone and settle in for the silent writing session 6 - 7:30 pm.   Ideas for what to write about will be available for those who need inspiration.  At 7:30 pm, we'll break to chat more about the craft of writing.

No registration required.  If you have any questions, call 727-369-0667 and ask for AnnMarie.  Mention you're calling about the Write-A-Thon.

Bring something to write with (outlets for laptops will be provided).  Other items I suggest you bring: Headphones (the sound of the air handler can be distracting), a beverage, a soft (not crunchy) snack, a jacket or sweater, and a seat cushion.
