ATTENTION

Pinellas Park Utilities will be closed to walk-in visitors

For the safety of our customers and employees, effective 8 am on Thursday, March 19, 2020, Utility Billing Customer Service office will be discontinuing walk-in public service until further notice.  We strongly encourage you to use the City’s website to access your utility account. From there you can make payments, view account balances, transactions, email account questions or garbage complaints. Payments will be conducted via drop-box (located in the east parking lot), by mail, and online through the City’s website. If you haven’t enrolled in online access, please visit our website, www.pinellas-park.com, and click on “Pay Utility Bill” and register your utility account in our online portal, Citizen Self-Service (CSS).

THE ONLINE PAYMENT CONVENIENCE FEE IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

WATER SERVICE TERMINATIONS SUSPENDED UNTIL END OF APRIL

You can phone us Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, at (727) 369-0690 to speak to a customer service representative. Call wait times may be longer than usual.

For all other inquiries, please call the City’s main phone line at (727) 369-0700.
