[ARCHIVED] American Sign Language Classes on break

Finger spelling for FYI followed by the text Sign language classes on break until June 14th.

American Sign Language classes are currently on break. 

Classes for the Summer 2018 session will be on Thursdays beginning June 14th and ending August 2nd.


These free ASL classes presented by the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative Deaf Literacy Center offer the opportunity to interact with Deaf individuals and to learn about Deaf culture.


On Thursdays beginning June 14, 2018, the schedule will be:

4:00 PM: ASL Tutoring - Small-group tutoring

6:00 PM: Level I (beginners) - Basic vocabulary, daily phrases and facts about the Deaf community and culture.

7:00 PM: Level II (advanced) - Conversational Sign Language, stories, songs and skits.


Registration is not required.
