How can I obtain a zoning verification letter?

Zoning Letters are often requested by new or prospective owners, lenders, or appraisers to verify the zoning of a property and if the proposed or current use is permitted, conditional or nonconforming.  Request a Zoning Verification Letter through the Self Service portal. Click here, Civic Access (pinellas-park.com) then click “Apply”, then “Plans”, the “Apply” from the “Zoning Letter” field. Log in and if necessary, create an account first, then fill out the required fields. There is a fee of $75.
