Yes. A light rinse helps remove contaminates from the recyclables. Clean material has more value. Rinsing will also reduce odor buildup in your recycling container.
The City has phased out the use of the insert. Please combine all your recyclables into the blue container. The recycling crews will sort the material at the curb.

Note: The recycling container is the property of the City of Pinellas Park and must remain with the property should you move or transfer your utility service.
