    AARP Foundation Tax-Aide is a volunteer-run program that offers free, individualized tax preparation to anyone but especially to those age 50+. AARP membership is not required. Please note that the library is not partnered with AARP, and librarians cannot provide in-depth tax assistance.

  2. S.T.E.M Adventures: How to Catch a Leprechaun

    Grades K-3. He is as quick as a wink, shifty, and fast. Help us catch Lucky the Leprechaun. Ignite your S.T.E.M. powers and we’ll have a blast! Put your engineering skills to the test and create a Leprechaun Trap and go home with the gold. Play, learn, and create with a variety of fun S.T.EM. activities such as catapults, mazes, pulleys, and more! Registration is required and space is limited. Registration opens on Thursday, February 20th, and ends at noon on Thursday, March 5th. Please call our Youth Services desk at 727-369-0664 to register.

    On March 7th & 8th, make your way to the Equestrian Center at Helen Howarth Park (6301 94th Ave.) for the FREE Bay Area Horseman's Association (BAHA) event! This is an all breed open horse show that runs until April 2020. Saturdays will showcase Western day with Ranch Riding, WP, Obstacle, Speed and More while Sundays will be all English events with jumping classes and fan participation.
