Land Arthritis at the Senior Center Fitness Center Annex

If you are living with arthritis, exercise is one of the best ways for people with arthritis to increase joint flexibility and reduce inflammation. It increases strength and flexibility, reduces joint pain, and helps combat fatigue. Most importantly, you will feel better and feel excited to get up & get moving!
